Nous avons aimé trouver 2 lits propres (mais plutôt trop fermes) pour nous reposer de notre voyage.... Et c'est tout... Nous avons quitté le lendemain de notre arrivée. Un des pires hôtels connus sur mes 10 visites à BKK...

Vous arriverez dans un hôtel (si vous le trouvez) qui vous fera penser à un internat de l'allemagne de l'est dans les années 80: même couleur, même froideur,... La chambre est vaste mais ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos du site. Si elle est propre, le confort laisse à désirer et il faudra vous résoudre à côté d'une clim des années 80 qui fait le bruit d'un réacteur d'avion. Attention aussi à la tête pour aller à la SDB puisque la porte ne fait pas plus de 1,65 mètres de haut... Bref, je déconseille vivement.

The best thing about this place is the location and the very friendly staff. (I think it’s a bit misleading that it’s called a three-star hotel because it’s not a hotel, it’s a serviced apartment house.) The location is the best I’ve ever had compared to many different places in Bangkok. You only need a three-minute walk around the corner to be in a very lively area with a lot of restaurants and street food, as well as the Robinson mall and a big food market with surrounding street vendors of all kinds. You also need only about eight minutes to the Sathorn pier. It’s only 8 baht with the Sathorn Express shuttle boat to ICONSIAM. It’s a nice ride, and the ICONSIAM is definitely worth a visit, especially at night. With the orange line (20 baht), you can go by boat to Wat Arun and Wat Pho, both very beautiful and impressive temples. To the BTS station, it’s only a 5-minute walk. Additionally, my room was spacious and clean. The WiFi connection is good and stable, suitable for parallel streaming, such as Zoom and remote PC. Included in the price is daily cleaning if you wish (and you should, see below). Self-service laundry: washing machine (30 baht) and dryer available on the ground floor. (You need to buy your own detergent.)

The following may seem like a lot, but I consider them to be only minor problems: The furniture looks used. Shower is working but needs maintenance. Only 1 liter of plastic bottled water per person per day is included in the price (my bottled water tasted like the bottles had been left in the sun for a long time…). No water refilling station in the building (at least I didn’t see any), and the bottled water at the reception is way overpriced (70 bath/liter). I recommend buying a 6-liter bottle at a 7/11 store (30 baht) and refilling it at a nearby refilling station (5 bath) if you’re not old or don’t care about being ripped off compared to real local prices. You need to buy your own dishwashing sponge and detergent if you plan to use the kitchen. You need to keep things clean because of the inevitable mini ants that I encountered all over Asia. They are the little reminder that you are actually living in the jungle. I think it’s overpriced for just a few nights, but still okay. Next time I’ll check out “Somewhere to Escape Hometel” to compare both prices and rooms, as it’s essentially the same place.

Close to everything!

The walked me up to my room and showed me in. Rooms were spacious, clean and everything worked well. There was a couch and lamps, a fridge, kettle, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes etc. Location is great for getting around. The river is a 10 min walk with the express boats and tours. The skytrain is 5 min walk. you can watch it from the balcony.

The hotel entrance is on a freeway on ramp. It is an ugly walk to the corner, but then you're on a vibrant Bangkok street either way you go with street food, convenience stores, massages and character.

Perfect place for a budget traveller like me.

The staff was waiting for us when we arrived. She took us to the room and showed us around a bit.The room is spacious and clean. The water pressure is good, the lighting is bring enough. The aircond is very cold. For foreign travellers, make sure you bring enough Thai adaptor. Even though the apartment is next to an expressway, it never effect/ disturb our stay/sleep. They provide a single door fridge and replenished the mineral water on daily basis. There's a electric kettle but no 3in1 coffee or tea provided. The cleaning of the room is upon request. The apartment located less than 10 minutes walk from the Saphan Taksin BTS Station and the pier is the main reason why we chose to stay here. One do not have to worry about food as there are plenty of restaurants along the main road and the best thing for us was we could just walk to Assumption Cathedral.

It would be perfect if the family room is provided with a microwave like the other studio unit.

Great for a couple days of a conference!

The location was the best! Right next to the station and a few minutes walk from my conference. Near Robinson's and restaurants. Very friendly staff that I interacted with. Simple, but large room.

TV had all Thai channels - even the one that had movies was in Thai. But, no big deal as I didn't have much time to watch. Wifi was an issue, but when I asked for help with it, they were very good about getting me on.

The place is clean and location is nearby metro. Easily reach to food and beverages with plenty of choice to choose.

The room require minor revamp as the furniture is a little old. Sorry the bed i had will had sound whenever i turned around during my sleep.

Would defenetely recommend!

Owner/Stuff were very kind. English speaking! Apartment was clean and you get lots of space for your money. Location is great. 5min walking distance from Saphir Taksin Station. Shopping mal including Starbucks for breakfast only 5mim away. What more can you ask for!

A little bit noisy due traffic (not more than almost anywhere in Bkk). But wimdows are doubled against the noise. So no worries.

L’hôtel était bien situé par rapport au bts Saphan Taksin (à 5mn à pieds). Le personnel a été très réactif à nos besoins .Le quartier alentour dispose tout le nécessaire voulu.
